I started this blog as I began preparing for my first summer as a college missions intern, serving through my church home Morrison Heights Baptist in Clinton… I served two summers ago in British Columbia, Canada, alongside a new church plant called The Cornerstone at White Rock, and I served last summer in Las Vegas alongside Tropicana Christian Fellowship and Safely Home Refugee Ministry!

However, this blog hasn’t ended there. While I’ve focused on the summer adventures on which God’s brought me, I’ve been aiming to share the growing experiences, both encouraging and difficult, that I take on (and that take on me) through this crazy beautiful journey called life.

Now, I’m focusing on my next summer adventure… I’m working the second half of this summer as a cabin leader at Camp Blessing Texas, a Christian camp for people with special needs and their siblings! The Lord has revealed to me so much about Himself and about people, including myself, simply through the staff training that just wrapped up, and I can’t wait to see what He does this summer in and through CBTX!

I’m not a writer and never really have been, but I hope you enjoy this site! Feel free to comment and share.
